Anglo Saxons - Living & Dying
Travel back in time as we re-enact an
Anglo Saxon burial.
Focusing on life at the time of the Sutton Hoo burial, children will first try their hand at some traditional Anglo Saxon crafts.
The untimely death of their leader (!) means the villagers must prepare a burial site, equipped with all the essentials needed for the After-life.
Complete with warriors, musicians, drummers
and weeping women!
Every child will make a pewter amulet to take home and keep.
Catering for up to 60 children at a time.
We bring costumes for everyone!
